坐椅类产品结构稳定性测试（现场测试简易版）

本页内容整理自 Qafield 测试资料《Construction Test》。测试项目、引用标准、载荷数值与判定条件均按原资料转写，未作改动。带 * 号的为必测项。

一、扶手强度测试（Arm Strength Test）

引用标准：ANSI/BIFMA X5.102 第 14 节（修改采用）；CPSD-HL-01029-MTHD

测试要求：

  • 水平方向：在扶手水平方向施加 75 lb 载荷，左右两个方向分别测试，持续 1 分钟。无破损、无永久性变形视为通过。适用于水平方向受力的扶手。
  • 垂直方向：在扶手顶部垂直施加 300 lb 静载荷，持续 1 分钟。无破损、无永久性变形视为通过。适用于垂直方向受力的扶手。

二、背架强度测试（Back Strength Test）

引用标准：ANSI/BIFMA X5.102 第 14 节（修改采用）；CPSD-HL-01029-MTHD

测试要求：

  • 向后方向：在靠背向后水平方向施加 150 lb 载荷，持续 1 分钟。无破损视为通过。适用于向后方向受力的靠背。
  • 垂直向下方向：在靠背顶部垂直向下施加 300 lb 静载荷，持续 1 分钟。无破损视为通过。适用于垂直向下受力的靠背。

三、座垫静态载荷（Seat Load Test，静态）*

引用标准：CPSD-HL-01022-MTHD（修改采用）

测试要求：

  • 座面中心：在座椅中心处施加 500 lb 静态载荷（可按客户要求调整），持续 1 分钟。未造成破损、功能损耗或跌落视为通过，反之为不通过。
  • 座面前部：在座面前部施加 300 lb 静态载荷，持续 1 分钟。无破损、无永久性变形视为通过。

四、座垫动态耐撞强度（Seat Impact Durability Test，动态）*

引用标准：CPSD-HL-01019-MTHD（修改采用）

测试要求：

  • 在座面其他区域施加规定的静态载荷，将测试重物从 6 英寸高度自由跌落至座椅中心。
  • 动态测试载荷从 115 lb 开始；若未出现失效，每次增加 10 lb 后重复测试，直至载荷达到 300 lb 或客户要求值。
  • 每个座垫均不得出现结构性破损。

五、脚强度测试（Leg Strength Test）*

引用标准：CPSD-HL-01034-MTHD

测试要求：在椅脚末端 1 英寸处挂重 75 lb，持续 1 分钟。前、后、左、右四个方向均需测试。未出现破损、变形无法复原视为通过，反之为不通过。

六、斜坡测试（Tilt Resistance）*

引用标准：CPSD-HL-01011-MTHD

测试要求：将产品放置在 10 度斜坡上，朝向最不稳定（最易倾倒）的方向；在每个上段槽位均匀加载至 150 lb。产品不倾倒视为通过，反之为不通过。
